MSME recognition supports the next step
Does your enterprise fit
the current limits?
Classification uses both investment and turnover. The current limits below apply from 1 April 2025.
Any common constitution
Proprietorships, firms, LLPs, companies, trusts and societies may register when eligible.
Two financial tests
Both investment and turnover limits determine Micro, Small or Medium status.
Linked government data
PAN, GST and income-tax information supports validation and later classification updates.
A purpose beyond a certificate
Use it where a lender, buyer, tender or MSME scheme specifically asks for recognition.
Udyam
One registration. Permanent number.
The official registration fee is ₹0.
Udyam is free on the government portal. Any StartupPact fee covers optional review and assisted filing—not a government charge or guaranteed benefit.
What you receive,
ready to use.
Udyam is the Government of India's MSME registration and the official filing itself is free. We review the enterprise data, classification and activity codes, then assist with the paperless Aadhaar, PAN and GST-linked application.
